Items can be returned for an exchange or gift card provided you provide the original proof of purchase and item must be in the original, unused and unopened condition within 30 days of purchase.
Change of mind
If you have a change of heart about an item you have purchased, we will need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Items can only be returned for an exchange or gift card.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault and photo.
In the unlikely event you have an adverse reaction to a product please take photo’s of reaction and discontinue use immediately. Adverse reaction returns must be less then 20% used upon arrive back with us.
Incorrect Item/Damaged On Arrival

We offer express shipping through Sendle Premium Express service on all orders, with a ﬂat rate of $10.00 AUD with in Australia. As soon as your order has been placed it is sent away to be packed and gifted wrapped with a customised prescription form from one of our skin experts, there for it is not able to be edited, added or cancelled once submitted online.
How long does shipping take?
All orders received during normal business hours between Monday & Friday are processed for shipment within 24 hours. Most metro delivers will arrive next day. For regional delivers please allow an extra 3-5 business days. In the case of any delays to processing times you will be notiﬁed via email. Thanks for your understanding.

Tracking My Order
When your order has been placed, a conﬁrmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. Once your oder has left our head ofﬁce you will be sent a conﬁrmation email with tracking details to track the progress of your oder.
